Liveaboards Information
GENERAL VESSEL INFORMATION
Rooms
The Atlantis Adventurer accommodates 16 guests:Â
7 Deluxe staterooms below the deck; six have a double bed with a single berth above it, and one has a double bed only.Â
1 Owner’s suite/stateroom is located on the upper deck with a double bed and a single berth above it. The suite is more spacious and features two large picture windows, a desk and extensive storage space.Â
The Atlantis Infiniti accommodates 25 guests:Â
6 Premium Deluxe Cabins - 4 cabins with Twin single beds and 2 cabins with twin or double bed configuration, all above deck with large windows.
2 Deluxe Twin - Bunk style single beds, above the water line with a smaller power hole window.
3 Deluxe Triple Cabins - bunk style single beds and a separate single bed, above the water line with a smaller power hole window.
All cabins have climate-controlled air conditioning, hairdryer, shower gel and ensuite facilities.Â
Bath towels are provided in rooms and dive towels are available on the dive deck.Â
Boutique
Selected T-Shirts, caps, and other souvenir items are available from the Boutique.
Entertainment
Enjoy a wide selection of movies on our wide-screen TV. Evening marine life and other presentations are also available along with a small library and a selection of board games & cards.Â
Electric & Charging
The power on board is 110V. Transformers and a charging station are available. Sockets are flat two pins (American style). We also have a battery charging station for 220V.Â
Dress Code
No form of wet clothing or dive equipment is allowed inside the living areas of the boat. Otherwise, the dress code is relaxed and informal.Â
Food & Beverages
You can inform us of any special dietary requirements you have when you check in online.Â
We offer a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day and social servings of beer, wine and local rum after diving and at dinner.Â
Diving is prohibited after drinking alcohol. You can contact us for a full list and/or you are welcome to bring your own drinks or wine to consume on the boat. Please note that this is NOT allowed at the resorts.Â
Drones
Guests may not use Drones at Tubbataha without acquiring a permit in advance. Hefty fines are imposed by the Tubbataha Management Office for non-compliance. Please contact us for more information.Â
Safety
Safety: The Liveaboard has the following safety equipment onboard:

Medical
The boat has comprehensive medical plans for diving and non-diving emergencies and has first aid kits, oxygen and defibrillators available. Emergency plans vary from itinerary to itinerary but you should consider that you might be many hours away from medical care or a recompression facility. Guests are required to have both medical and diving health insurance.Â
None of our itineraries are in areas that are considered a risk for Malaria but inoculations for Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Polio and Tetanus are recommended. As always, your physician should be consulted on these and other questions you may have about traveling to the tropics. We strongly recommend drinking plenty of water and other non-alcoholic fluids during your stay.
Internet Access & Phone Calls
On most Liveaboard itineraries, we are close enough to land that we will have cellular and data (email) coverage.Â
Limited Internet is available while the Adventurer is in port via personal cell phone coverage.Â
Â
The Liveaboards are equipped with Starlink to provide internet at the more remote locations for sending and receiving emails. Please note streaming, media sites and sending of pictures or files will not be supported.Â
In the event internet is not available we offer guests the ability to send and receive calls or texts using satellite communication.Â
The satellite phone is available for guest use by arrangement with the Captain (guests are not allowed on the bridge without the Captain present). The cost is ₱250, approx $5 per minute or ₱150, approx $3 per text message up to 160 characters.
DIVING FROM ATLANTIS LIVEBOARDS
Proof of certifcation and Dive & Accident insurance are mandatory for all Liveaboard charters
Diving
Diving Difficulty: All charters require a minimum of 25 dives and an Advanced Diver certification. Some of the wreck dives in Coron are at depth and in challenging conditions. Tubbataha and Visayas diving is typically deep (24m/80ft to 30m/100ft) multi-level wall dives and moderate to strong currents are not unusual.Â
Orientation Dive: An Orientation Dive is done as part of your first dive at Atlantis, and will generally be conducted on our house reef.
Daily Dives: Atlantis offers upto five guided boat dives (4 day, 1 night) per day.
Dive Duration: Dive time limits are set at 60 minutes per dive, or a minimum surfacing pressure of 50bar/750 psi.
Maximum Dive Depth: Maximum depths on all dives is 30m/100ft, or to maximum depths allowed based on certification level.
Deep/Night Dives: Divers who cannot show proof of certification or experience allowing dives to depths below 18m/60ft or night diving may not be allowed to conduct such dives.
Diver To Guide Ratio: Our dive groups are limited to a maximum of 8 divers to every 1 dive guide.
Environmental Awareness: We require that divers exhibit good buoyancy control at all times, to respect the underwater environment
EANX: Nitrox (32%) is available for all dives, at an additional charge. Nitrox can also be pre-booked through our reservations team prior to arrival.
Dive Courses: Atlantis offers a wide range of SSI courses. If you plan on taking a course, please contact our reservations staff before your trip to check prices and arrangements.
Rebreather: Certified divers are welcome with their own equipment, diving with the group at recreational limits.
TEC Diving: Is not available.
Solo Diving: Is not allowed.
Snorkeling: Tubbataha Park Authority does not allow snorkeling.
Equipment
Equipment provided: Atlantis will only provide divers with tanks, weights and the boat, unless specified otherwise within your reservation.
Dive Equipment: Rental equipment is available, and Atlantis can provide Dive Computers, Wetsuits, BCDs, Booties, Masks, Snorkels, and Fins. We encourage our guests to reserve these when confirming your booking, in order to ensure the availability upon arrival.
Dive Computer: Dive Computers are mandatory. Rental Dive Computers are available at limited quantities.
Visual/Audible Signal Devices: Recommended, and are available in the Boutiques if guests would like to acquire one
Gloves: Gloves are not permitted on any dives.
Tank sizes: Atlantis provides DIN and Yolk tanks.
Equipment Servicing: Atlantis does not offer in house maintenance services, we highly recommend that you bring appropriate spares and have your equipment serviced prior to your trip.
Special Requirements: Your dive guide will discuss sites and preferences with you and ensure you get the most from every dive.Â
Photography & Drones
Facilities: Atlantis Liveaboards are equipped with Rinse tanks, a camera table for drying and cleaning, alongside a charging station.Â
Drones: Tubbataha - requires a permit for drone use, This must be submitted at least 5 days prior to departure - Please contact reservations for a drone permit and return it to us to submit.Â
Other
Marine Park Fees: Rates vary and are subject to change These will be charged and appear on your incidental bill.
Contact/Touching: Not allowed.
Children: Children under the age of 15 years old are not permitted on the liveaboard charters.
Boats: Atlantis Liveaboards are equipped with zodiacs from which all dives will be conducted.
Entry/Exit: Atlantis Zodiacs accomdate Backroll entry. All zodiacs are equipped with ladders for exit, and on-board staff are always at hand to help with equipment, should you require assistance getting your gear in or out of the water.
Resorts VS Liveaboards: Liveaboard diving can be more demanding than typical resort weeks and we highly recommend taking a refresher course prior to your trip if you have not been in the water for a while.Â
The age restriction for the Atlantis Adventurer and Atlantis Infiniti is 15 years old!
An Advanced certification is required with at least 25 logged dives for all itineraries!
